We didn’t start with a grand plan. We started with a problem we kept running into.

A colleague needed an important document translated for a visa application. The translation came back fast and cheap — and it was rejected. Not because the language was wrong exactly, but because it wasn’t formatted the way the consulate required, and a few technical terms were off just enough to raise flags. The whole process had to restart. Weeks lost.

That situation wasn’t unusual. It was happening to people everywhere — businesses submitting contracts with subtle errors, individuals getting immigration paperwork kicked back, companies launching in new markets with content that felt foreign rather than local.
